MeGui Fatal error [Archive]

Im getting this error when I click Auto Encode. I attached a picture. Thanks. It says fatal error about input and output source not being the same.

Same, have had to go to XviD4PSP temporarily ... I tried different Avisynth versions, different x264 / XviD version, etc ... I found 50% of the time, adding Distributor() to the end of the Avisynth script helped a little (but then x264 crashed during the encode) ...

I can no longer do x264 nor XviD stably in MeGUI ...

If you can, downgrade to something below 0.3.1.1040, that's about where the unstability started for me :(
