More specifically, it convertfps's anyway (to 29.97 fps), but does it incorrectly, and instead of duplicating/dropping frames it just loops the 289 frames of my test clip from start to end over and over again. The behavior I expected was to just deliver all encoded frames. It does work if I manually set the framecount in the directshowsource parameters, though, but especially when using it programmatically that is not always a possible workaround. (I know very well that I could just use FFMS2 instead too, it's not that I lack workarounds; I just want to report the bug.)
