Movies are making my computer freeze

I have DVD FAB 6 and Some movies are causing my computer to freeze. I know they are not dirty because when I get them they are brand new. The latest ones are Haunting in connecticut, Mall cop and a old one An american Haunting. Can anyone please tell me why this is happening?
