Hi!
Just browse to the FOLDER containing the BluRay files, do NOT open it...

Remember -- the BDMV folder is NOT the BD folder -- it is in the BD folder. Normally there will also be a CERTIFICATE folder there as well.

You just need to direct BD Rebuilder to the folder named "THE_DARK_KNIGHT" created by AnyDVD Ripper. You don't need to go any deeper than that.

Stop right at the point where I've ended your quote. The STREAM folder is not the BD it is under BDMV which in turn is under the BD folder. There's a lot more to a BD than just the .M2TS streams.
BD_FOLDER
+-----BDMV
+--------STREAM
+-----CERTIFICATE

I love it. All the best of help one could ask for. :)
From BD Rebuilder at "Source Path" click "Browse", then you will see the "Browse for Folder" Window, so select (highlight) the Named Top Folder (The Dark Knight?), as it is the one with all the Folders (BDMV, certificate, .etc.) and their files, then just click the "OK" button that is at the Bottom right of the "Browse For Folder" and all should be good to go. Have a great time with BD Rebuilder and the best place and people on the net. :)

What settings are you using? I make movie only copies to BD9 all the time and haven't been oversized yet. I use these options:
Movie Only - Because its unlikely the full movie will play on my Samsung SAP
High Quality
Idle Priority
Custom Target Size 8250 - Set in the Settings Window
I Check the block for:
Limit languages to one track for each language
Limit Subtitles to one per language - I manually enable all English and disable all others
Stricter Compliance for AVCHD Movie Only
Do Not Reencode AC3
Trellis Algorithm
... and set Custom Target Size to 8250.
I get great copies and they play on everything I have. (Sony BDP-S550, Sony PS3, Samsung BDP-2500, Sony Vaio laptop, TMT on my PCs using LG GGW-H20L drives) Each copy takes about 4 1/2 - 5 hrs on my system.
I hope this helps. :)

I leave the fancy stuff to smarter people than me. I just want a copy of the movie so the original doesn't get destroyed by my 2 y/o grandson. :)

hi again fellas.
i have been trying to do a movie only back-up of my watchmen region a disc but after almost 2 days i have just checked it and even though i have done the above settings said by gapony the file size was about 16gigs.any ideas as i seem to have wasted all this time for a file size to big to put onto a dvd dl.
many thanks
did you by chance include ALL audio streams and did you make sure to select dvd-5 or dvd-9?
any log file you could post?

What options did you pick for audio? I don't keep HD or DTS...just the default setting with "Don't reencode AC3" checked. It is almost always 98% filled on a DL (bd9) disc, according to ImgBurn. I've never been oversized.

hi gapony..yea thats what i have been doing..i checked the size of the file with 97% done and it showed 16gigs.i have folowed your instructions as above but i might be doing something else wrong.i am trying it again now.when u choose to put it onto a dl disc, are you choosing target size bd-9 or ticking the custom size and setting it to 8250.i am currently doing at target size bd-9(dvd-9)??

I select the custom target 8250, not BD9.

@dvd1304;
The WORKFILES folder will contain many files, audio and video, and when BD-RB is completely done, it will generate another folder within the WORKFILES folder that will have your AVCHD movie. So don't just check the size of the WORKFILES folder, look inside for another folder ( The Dark Knight or whatever). This will not be oversized, and you will have your backup. The typical WORKFILES folder can have twice the size of the finished AVCHD/BD files. ;)

The final result, named for the movie being worked on, is on the same level as the WORKFILES folder, not within the WORKFILES folder. This is just a clarification to help navigate to the proper folder...

@dvd1304;
You will have to redo the Watchmen, unfortunately, and select a different playlist.
For this movie, it has two .mpls, 00101.mpls which is 3:08:01 long and includes the bonus features.
00100.mpls is 3:06:28 and is the movie only.
You need to make sure you select the correct .mpls for the movie only, since BD-RB will default to the longer version, which is NOT the one to use for movie only.
So from "Mode", select movie only, and then "Alternate Movie-Only Playlist", and you will see the options.
