pop-up menu scene selection

I was wondering if there is a way to do the scene selection like the professional blu-ray videos have (example: you click scene selection and you have the option to scroll the different scenes instead of having a limited number). I have adobe encore cs4 and it can do simple pop-up but not what hollywood movies can. Does anyone know a way to accomplish this?
