How do I go in small steps with dgindex so I can get the frame I want to cut from my vob?

I practically need it to the second for the video I want to make, but I don't know how?

It only goes to iframes. I read the manual. I needed it to be more precise but I used what you provided and did fine. Thank you for dgindex. :)

Cut to the closest I frame boundary in DGIndex, then cut to frame accuracy in your AVS script using Trim().
