One step solution for replacing video streams in an existing DVD structure?

I just had to replace a video stream in a DVD without changing the menus, audio tracks and subtitles. While I could successfully do that with PGCEdit (and/or VobBlanker) and Muxman, I wonder if there isn't a tool yet that can do this in one step.

So is there a tool that allows you to open an existing DVD structure and then replace e.g. the video stream of a VTST with an M2V of the same run time without external demuxing/muxing and without exporting/importing cell timings?

Probably all you can do is combine demuxing/remuxing in one step e.g. with TDA1.6 (it imports with chapter points but has limitations - 1 audio, no DTS/subtitles). Then replace the title as usual.

TDA 3.x allows more than one audio and subtitles. It keeps reencoding the video though.

Now re-encoding is exactly what I want to avoid. Well, thanks anyway for the replies. I have to stay with that multi-step solution then.

Now that you remind me, I think I even did it this way several year ago ;)
Yet, even though I played around with IfoEdit again, I kinda didn't find the option.
Dunno what this tells us about the state of my brain or the user friendliness of IfoEdit ;)

Just as a side note: IfoEdit did not work. I know I used it back in the old days with ReMpeg2 but with a freshly encoded stream it doesn't work (no sound, motion picture is stuttering and finally freezing).

I would assume that the problem is that IfoEdit Re-Mux doesn't restore the correct cell structure as the same happens with the Muxman/PGCEdit approach if you don't import the cell timings extracted from the original DVD.

So any other one-step solutions?
