eac3to / Arcsoft DTS-HD problem

Ran it in safe mode, that allowed it to register the dll. :D

For Nero // u need jus 3 files.. AdvrCntr2.dll, NeAudio2.ax and neEacDec.dll ..
No need to install whole Nero.

Could you please explain how you get eac3to to recognise nero with just those 3 files?

Sorry to bump an old thread, but this is a problem other people are likely to have, so let me answer it for posterity.
x64 versions of windows place these files in different locations and it seems to effect Eac3to functionality.
So, to answer pottzman's question late:

Install Nero 7 and search for AdvrCntr2.dll, NeAudio2.ax and NeEacDec.dll and copy them to your Eac3to directory.

At a command prompt in the Eac3to directory type:
regsvr32 AdvrCntr2.dll
regsvr32 NeAudio2.ax

Uninstall Nero if you want now. It leaves all the stuff behind in the registry afterwards that you need. (I don't know if that is comforting or not.)
