DVD VOB to AVC/H264 Encoder for Core i7?

I'm searching for a way to easy convert my DVD boxes to H264 in MP4 container. Is there any converter that make full support of the Core i7 cpu? Also should support batch scripting to automatic encode files.

Another question, is there any tool to convert DVD menu to Bluray Menu? The idea is to add multiple dvd boxes on 1 BD disc. Don't known if it is possible?

x264 encoder in Ripbot264 package is very well optimized for Core i7.

You can create simple menu with multiAVCHD.
