So im trying to load a h264 mpeg 4 file into DGAVCIndex so i can get the right audio info and delay but i cant get the damn file to load.

as soon as i try to add it i get

Audio Detection Mismatch
The audio type determined from reading hte PAT/PMT program information (AC3) does not match the detected audio (MPA). in many cases blah blah blah.

then more warning

Left block unavailable for requested intra4x4 mode 45676876 at 187550856 4138048

another

Error while decoding MB 45677756 1875508556, bytestream (td)

Unknown NAL code

Refrence picture missing during reorder

deblocking filter out of range

then a bunch of others.

then finnally the program says

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Error and then crashes.

How do i get my .ts file to work???

Post a link to a sample of the stream. I suspect it might have multiple programs and the first one detected is not AVC.

Cut the beginning with DGSplit.

Chunks 20M Stop after 1 chunk written.

Upload the resulting file to mediafire.com and post the link here.

ok doing that makes them work fine. i think because a 2 hour block is is straight recorded/transfered and there is different stuff airing it might be messing it up. its only when i have the file as a whole that i cant get it to work. i guess ill try to split and join the parts i need that should hopefully get it to work

It's probably corrupted. How did you capture it?
