Lost 1st movie after adding 2nd

I have a question involving TsRemuX. I took a movie and ran it through TsRemuX and sent it to an external hard drive (1TB) with nothing else on the drive except AVCHD Manager. The movie was tested in my PS3 and everything was fine,then I ran another movie through TsMuxeR and sent it also to my external hard drive but this time when I went to test play the movie my first movie was gone. I further checked the drive back on the computer and was not able to fined any of the files from the 1st movie. What did I do WRONG ??

I didn't know that the different movies had to go into different folders ?

Guess I'll just make seperate folders for all the different movies I add to ther drive.
