My Mits ws 55819 has only one component HD input. I tried component video switches and they have problems with my set. My other option was the HD fury 2.

I like this HD-fury in works and look great. The problem may be the switch options. The 3-way smart switch they sell as an option, just as I thought would not work. The Dish video feed never shuts completely off and goes into a standby mode. The switch isn’t that smart, so it never switches automatically.

The other issue is when the switch changes inputs the unused inputs are completely disconnected from the circuit causing the computer to react like the HDMI cable has been unplugged. Then if you switch back the ATI drivers assign the wrong refresh rate and ultimately the computer has to be reboot.

The switch needs to remain connected so the drivers stay locked on even while in a different input. This most like is only a problem with HTPCs
