Very strange interlacing

I tried TomsMoComp, Yadif, and also tried to discard a field but the results are strange.

Haven't downloaded the video yet, but it looks like it's been vertically resized at some stage without deinterlacing, so the field structure has been destroyed

it's not resized, it's the original size (720 x 480 dvd) after i have deinterlaced it (with yadif in this example i think, TomsMoComp give the same result)

I guess i will have to blend the fields , i just tried that it looks better
How can i just blend certain frames of a video ?

I agree with zilog jones. I've downloaded and I also think that field order was destroyed!

Those lines should not be combined!

This dvd was terrible mastered!

Right we all agree on that but it does that only on certain frames throughout the lenght as if it was a pattern or something.The rest is top notch quality i must say.
