Hi,
for a Hardwaretest I need a h264 sample with that hugh bitrate. With avisyntch/avidemux I cantīget anything bigger then 42mbit how it seams.
Can you help my finding a way to get my file

crowd run should be enough -> http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=142430

But "Crowdrun" is not 1080p, it's 2160p. And if you downsample it to 1080p, then 60 MBit/s will be MUCH overkill for any decent H.264 encoder.
Anyway, you could take any 1080p source you want, optionally add some random noise and finally re-encode the result at a low quantizer (or a low x264 CRF value).
If you only lower the quntizer/CRF enough, it should be possible to generate a 60+ MBit/s H.264 stream yourself quite easily...
