I just reinstalled my computer, installed avisynth, ffdshow (r3004 from clsid), and haali media splitter.
I have MPC HC installed, and under options, output, and checking system default, I can't play the video in full screen. The video is correctly decoded, but when played full screen it will look like this.

How do I fix this?

I don't see that option.
This is my right click menu

I guess tetsuo55 meant "right click -> Filters"

Also, I get "Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding, but has succesfully recovered." after full screening for like 5 seconds.

System is defaulting to a terrible renderer
You better override it and select VMR9 if you are using XP and EVR-CP if you are using vista or windows7

I don't use that, but I have to if I'm watching a DVD, where Haali renderer fails miserably.

Use overlay mixer or VMR9
