Video Size or File Size?

When choosing the Encoding Mode, you have a choice between Bitrate based or Video Size. My question is, does that actually mean just the video size (file size - audio size) or does that mean file size (audio size + video size)?

If you refer to Avidemux, then "Video Size" in the video encoder configuration dialog refers to the size of the video stream only!

Use the "Calculator" tool, if you want to set up the target filesize with respect to both, the video and the audio stream...
