1280x720 XVID 5 Mbps, How good is it comapred to Source and H.264 ?

Can't decide whether to go for Xvid or H.264 at 1280x720 5 MBps.

Source material is FRAPS recorded game footage

Well, I would pick x264 as it is always higher quality than XviD when it comes to HD videos.

1280x720 5 MBps x264, if you go with xvid use 7000-8000.

If you're uploading to a video site anyway (following your last threads) or just archiving for quality, there's no reason not to use x264.
