I wanna cut the avi files losslessly and accurately.I've tryed the Boilsoft Video Splitter, but the beginning and the ending time of the clip it gets is not exactly the time I set. Is there any good suggestion?

Try Avidemux (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=108784).

that's because you cant cut on non-key frames.
some softwares however, can do that by recoding the frames...

And VirtualDub can cut frame-accurately buy reencoding frames when the cut is not made at key frames. Choose "Fast Recompress" and "Smart Rendering" under video and choose the video codec you used. (It will probably not work with all encoders, I only tested it with DivX/Xvid. If you used one of them, just choose singe pass and CQ 2 and deactivate all "advanced" features.)
