Just two weeks after it has been submitted for review, the now infamous HADOPI bill, which proposed that people get their internet connection cut off for up to a year if they are suspected (but not convicted by a judge) of illegally downloading copyrighted material, has been deemed unconstitutional by France's Constitutional Council.
