hi,

i'm using v9.2 and when i try to burn a dvd, this "one-time setup" i keep reading about just doesn't appear. there's also no burn.cfg in the application data directory.

i hope somebody here knows about this issue...
and btw - why is this actually just a "one-time setup" and not available through the menu? what if i decide to use different media or install a program to a different location? i guess one can always delete the burn.cfg but having a workaround for such a basic feature still seems a bit strange to me...

thanks in advance

Oh, it is available through the menu. Use Options -> Input/Output -> Burn / Create ISO setup

ahhh, there it is... thanks a lot :)

would be great if that was mentioned in either the documentation or in that guide that the documentation links to...

I thought it is supposed to come up automatically - I guess r0lZ can answer that one.

The burn config is launched automatically when PgcEdit detects that it has not yet been configured (or if an essential program has been removed), but it can also be launched manually via the "Setup" menu of the Burn/Create ISO window and, as M_Knox said, via the Options menu.
