Does anyone know how to use the Windows 7 AAC encoder. I see the DLLs but can't seem to find a way to transcode using Windows Media Player of Windows Live Movie Maker Beta. I even tried topoedit but I can't seem to get a file sink in there.
Any help would be appreciated.
