OK, so after pulling out major chunks of hair, I'm here for a bit of advice.
I've got a video I'm trying to clean up and add subtitles to so that it looks decent on my tv. I have one decent video source that cleans up OK and another that's pretty bad.
It seems that my good quality vid is cut a bit differently so I'm adding in the missing sections from the other video (mostly 15-30 second clips here and there) but the source framerates are different. I used the framerate function in virtualdub to convert the PAL clip to 29.9700, but the original vid I'm working with reads as 29.97003 and I can't seem to convert it to just 29.9700 with Vdub. It keeps coming back as 29.97003.
Are there any filters to correct this minor blurb so that I can join the vids?
