What kind of filtering would I need to clean these captures up? I tried Dark Shikari's youtube restoration script and it did it did a pretty good job, but there's still some problems. I didn't capture them, and Cartoon Network just stopped airing courage the cowardly dog so i can't get better captures.
Despite the quality, they're still the best i've been able to get a hold of, so i'd like to try and clean them up.
Primarily what i've been having trouble getting rid of is the edge distortion, or whatever it is (lines to the right of the original picture).
