I'm trying to encode some video recorded with FRAPS in Avidemux. But all i get is a green screen. Does Avidemux support FRAPS codec ?

Not natively, because FRAPS uses some proprietary compression format. But if the FRAPS VfW Decoder is installed on your system, you can use Avisynth-Input (use AVISource).
