The S10 comes with a face recognition software that becomes part of winlogon.exe, uses DevIL.dll, and is thus always in use in a running system. The avisynth installer tries to replace the existing DevIL.dll with exactly the same file, which can't work since the file is in use by Winlogon, and stops when it fails, even when "Ignore error" is chosen.
Remedy by temporarily disabling the face recognition.
Would be great if the installer would really ignore the error.
