Is that a purchased retail DVD? The reason I ask is the encoding is very poor. I don't know whether it was converted from PAL to NTSC or what, but some of that interlacing was not done properly during mastering or encoding: there are blends and inconsistent line heights everywhere. Try getting the PAL retail DVD and see if there's any improvement.

it's original DVD only Bro.

OK, so we know the original NTSC DVD sucks. Buy the PAL one and see if it's any better. That's one of the worst sources I've seen lately, and maybe if you get lucky one of the guys experienced with various deblending functions can help you here.

I gave it a try...and this does a pretty good job
