Help cleaning up a horrible security cam video.

I've been working on cleaning up a terrible looking video from a friend's security camera (of someone who broke into his and his neighbors cars), but I am having trouble improving it at all. I know it won't look good no matter what, but surely someone can do better than I. I've tried removing grain, using sharpen filters, etc. but to no avail. If anyone is willing to help either post here or send me a pm and I will send you a the link because he would rather not have the video out in the public. It is ~ 25 megabytes compressed with x264 lossless. Thank you so much to anyone who can help!:thanks::thanks:

I would, but I really don't have one. I've used DeGrainmedian, WarpSharp, and was going to try SSSharp and the Super-Resolution thing with mvtools, but haven't yet.

Well, considering it's lossless... it's probably not noisy, just low resolution?

Post a PNG screenshot at least.

You could post a clip not relating to the incident, but from the same security system.

It is lossless because it was packed inside of an execution file, and I recorded it from there.
