How to take screens for Video Quality Comparison ?

I need to compare quality of some videos to one another by taking screens. How can i take screens to take screenshot of a particular frame.

What software can i use to do this ?

Use AvsP with X number of tabs, where X is the number of videos you want to compare, and load each only with DirectShowSource() or, if you can't get the frames you want for some reason, Haali's DSS2().
