Your question makes no sense. What exactly are you trying to do and why?

Apply the filters in the script that you feed to MeGUI.

so you mean it is must to encode a video if i want to hav avisynth script affect on my video(without loading script in playback after). so I cant apply avisynth script affect in playback without using scriptwihtout using encoding ?

here is a same meaning question in different way

i only want to add avisynth script affect without using script in playback after like what all encoders do but they encode video after using script, so i dont want to encode video i just want to have affect without using script in playback

You're saying you want to have the effect of a script at playback without using a script? It makes no sense to me.

What "effect of a script" are you seeking?

Have you tried FFDSHOW as suggested by Atak_Snajpera?
