Hi,

I encounter the sample problem when my computer is upgraded to Window XP: The message is "unable to launch SVART Driver"

Can anybody help me on this? I will appreciate very much. I tried to send E-mail to Sharp and went no where.

What problem is it? Can you describe more details?

Thanks for replying my problem. They already solve the problem, its under warranty from the store.

One of the reasons a forum exists for, it to share the information.

Glad that you solved your problem.

But since someone else could have the same problem, it would be nice to explain what's about (I assume the USB driver was not XP compatible), what was the cause, and how it was solved.
