about Gaussion filter values

What is the default value which will resize in neutral way

i mean the value for p=?
like 25 will give is blurr where
65 will give us sharp

so what is the value in they both are equal

for eg: if 6 is least value for sharp(increase number will increase sharpness) & 4 is least valur for blur(decrease value wil increase blurring) so neutral value will be 5

this was just the example

so i need the correct value for guassion filter cause i need to experiment bla bla..

I know that 1 gives us max blurr and 100 gives us max sharp (just saw on avisynt wiki :p)
