load external subtitles srt in mpc-hc and other subs problem

Is it possible to load external subtitles such as srt in loaded movie?
if so how?

is it possible that when you have subtitles inside mkv that subtitles are automatically loaded and displayed on movie? because i did put in options playback thick on automatically load subtitles but it dosent load , i still have to go to navigate subtitles and load subs manually every time how to fix that aswell

It probably depends on default flag in mkv file. If there is no defined by default subtitle track then you should turn it on manually...
