Audio track comparisons

Is there an app that can do A:B visual comparisons of two different audio tracks that claim to be identical?

You can use File_Tools_Win.zip which has a byte-for-byte comparison tool: http://www.freesoft.in/17972_File%20Tools%201.01.html
Or you can use any audio editing app, like audacity that loads the file showing you the waveform and peaks.
