hello, I really need help with this. I have edited aP2 using dooms guide and i have AP2 right where i want it at 4.42gb with all the tracks i want after i strip the audio from the main movie. The problem is when i strip the audio and then go to play the movie it starts like 20 minutes into the movie, but and then goes back to the beginning after like 10 minutes and is all out of order from there. I reripped the movie and inserted the vts_06 (the movie) baqck into my project and it played fine before stripping the audio, then i again tried to strip the audio and the same exact thing happened. Please let me know if it is something i am doing or an alternative way to strop the audio. I have the menu and everything and i want that so i cant just strip it using smartripper and rip the movie alone. please let me know. Thanks
Jeff

This is the problem i told you about the chapters are going all over the place. Itis fixable in AP2 by chainging the entry cell for PG 1 to cell 1 (Chapter 1 is tied to PG1), but i just ripped SHREK and it ties Chapter 1 with PG 2, hence moving the sarting point of PG 1 to cell 1, does not move the chapter, wich is tied to PG2. And i cant move PG2 to start on cell 1 because PG1 is in the way, PG1 HAS to be tied to a cell or it ruins the IFO, i tried moving it to a cell 0 and everything got messed! If i use the CREATE IFO button it makes a chapter for every cell as well as a PG, but when i put a finished disk into a DVD standalone (tried several) it skips for 1-2 seconds EVERY chapter. (this is a bug in create IFO IMHO)

PS. in SHREK i stripped all VOBs accept the main movie, no re-mpeg needed it fits on one disc. I tired, removing angles, adjusting angles, and doing nothing with the angles. I also tried previous versions of IFO edt, it moves the chapters (and programs) down from cell 1, to 2 or 3.

LATEST INFO! I found that if i DON'T strip the before movie stuff (like the dreamworks logo, etc it works fine, the chapters start where they belong. I know your thinking I striped some vobs from the movie earlier, but i checked the VOBs in DVD2AVI and the whole movie IS there, so IFO is having trouble with me stripping the vob-ids that come before the movie.........

DOH I spoke to soon! It wont play in a Standalone, it plays chapter 1,then skips the cells between chapter 1 and chapter 2(there are 2), only on the standalone!
