Please explain me this.
Why the heck a 37" LCD TV FULL HD with 3 HDMI 1 DVI 1 VGA, tuner and more costs $500 and a 30" PC monitor FULL HD with 1 HDMI e 1 DVI costs $1050?
I always knew TV cost a lot less but I can't understand why. Plus why are FULL HD monitors limited at 60hz? Tv coukd have several refresh rates, but even when you hook a PC up to the tv the refresh stops at 60hz, too (I cheeked several TV's manuals)
There must be something different in quality
Thank you.

There's always a difference :)
30" LCD Monitors are almost always 2560x1600, which is substantially more resolution than 1080p (1920x1080).
Also, LCD Monitors usually have better panels in general (better contrast and color accuracy). They're typically limited to 59.94/60hz, while TVs can sometimes have 23.976/24/59.94/60/120hz support.

Ok, but why PC monitor doesn't have those refresh rates?
Anyway I compared a 1920x1200 monitor and even a 27" costs more! Why?

Well, the 37" LCD TV FULL HD tv maybe a low end TV, and the monitor a higher end. Be assured a good true HD tv will cost more than a typical LCD monitor and use a better panel/panel type. The cheaper (in terms of quality, not necessarily price!) full/true HD LCD's are not really worth buying. The higher resolution does not make up for their poorer contrast ratio, their poor colour, their poor handling of motion (no digital motion compensation, essentail for a good True HD experience), their 50hz/60hz operation etc etc.
If they come from a good brand, it doesn't necessarily mean they're cheap quality, just cheap featured.
In this case, the pciture features are handled by the computer, the display is dearer probably because it uses a PVA (or variation thereof) monitor, whereas the TV uses a TN panel (noticeably lower picture quality, but a lot cheaper). Almost all computer monitors that people buy are TN panels except for the considerably dearer ones.

Still doesn't make sense to me. You can still find a GOOD 37" LCD TV that costs half a 27" PC monitor. It makes me want to buy a TV to use as a monitor but except the price I don't have any other advantages since TVs only accept 60hz refresh from PC source. It's like a conspiracy!

Try using a word processor on a tv screen (a cheaper HDTV ready/compatible one, not a true HDTV which costs over $1500 for a decent one) it simply isn't good! If you use your computer for mostly watching videos then a tv would be better! if you play some games, a good response time due to fast motion becomes important. Input lag is also a big negative for TV screens, it can make gameplay less enjoyable.
