Panasonic P2 Viewer app (https://eww.pavc.panasonic.co.jp/pro-av/support/cs/csregistp2m/ep2main/p2v_dl_e.htm) can view them, but it needs whole P2 folder structure mapped as virtual P2 card (select Secondary Bin).

ffmpeg should be able to read the MXF files, and demux / remux as necessary to a container that's more compatible with other apps. AVC Intra 100M is just 100mbps H.264 with only I frames. It's challenging to decode - sure - but a quad core CPU and a fast decoder like CoreAVC should handle it no sweat. The MXF container might be a pain though, hence my suggestion to remux it - maybe to an MP4 or MPG container.

This version only support for Windows 7 ?
