Warner (the lecherous turncoats that sunk HD DVD) is offering you the ability to "upgrade" your Warner HD DVD titles to Blu-Ray for $4.95 each (most titles) + $6.95 shipping at red2blu.com.
A few are more (e.g. Matrix Trilogy - $19.95).
You don't have to send in the disc, just the cover art sleeves. The $6.95 covers shipping both ways. I don't know if there is a EU equivalent site.
I would best ecstatic if Universal followed suit.
