PC built just for High Definition content , what parts do i need to play this media ?

hi team , im looking to buy a PC built just for High Definition content (Blue Ray DVD , x.264 AVIs) what sort of parts do i need to play this media ie 1080p Blue Ray Discs and 1080p AVIs ? i dont want stuttering Video and Audio

CPU spec
Ram spec
Video Card spec
etc..........
