I noticed cell adress table is overlapping about certain multi-angle cells of "WALLE".
And it changes a little by processing(ripping) AnyDVD and DVDFabHDDDecrypter.
(Entry point sectors is corresponding to the result of Fab about all.)

Overlapping of cell adress table is legal or illegal?
Is there any problem?
What processing is suitable?

That DVD has been butchered by CrapoVision. The first cells are pure crap and should be removed.

However, IIRC, cells 11 and 12 are played. Since they have the same start and end sector, and the same VCID, I suppose they have used exactly the same cell for the two angles. It's not very smart, but probably not illegal. How are they referenced in the cell table of the PGC? Are you sure that they are really two different angles, and that they have video content? Maybe your version has more crappy cells at the beginning than here in Europe.

It was what I removed 1 audio about AnyDVD and DVDFabHDDDecrypter. And I mis-calculated about original.

Replaying order of cell(V/C-ID)s is;
--when angle 1 : cell_9(8/1) => 10(9/1) => 12(10/1) =14(10/2)
--when angle 1 : cell_9(8/1) => 11(9/2) => 13(10/2) =14(11/1)
Cell adress is overlapping, but Entry and Last VOBU sector is not.
Cell adress table is wrong?

Hum, difficult to understand! It's the first time I see this construction. Usually, the VOB ID changes at each angle cell. Here, there are two consecutive Cell ID in the same angle VOB. If you consider both cells 10 and 12 as a single angle VOB, and cell 11 and 13 as the second angle VOB (thus, if you ignore the end address of cells 10 and 11 and the start and VOBU end addresses of cells 12 and 13), everything is normal. But I wonder if it is legal to split an angle VOB in two cells. If it's legal, then there is at least one problem. The First ILVU end of cells 10 and 12 and cells 11 and 13 should be different. Furthermore, the split point between the two cells of each angle seems to be placed at a rather different position, despite the identical duration of the cells. Also strange!

Do you know why they have split the two angle VOBs? Is it a chapter point on cells 12/13?
And have you noticed some problems during the playback?

Are you sure you have the correct title jinjin? IIRC, in these DVDs, there are lots of bogus titles.

Its correct. Both AnyDVD and DVDFab remains this title and PgcEdit's TraceMode replay it as main movie.

No, it's not chapter point.
I examines multi-angle DVD which I have.
I found 4 examples which have consecutive Cell ID in the same angle VOB.
1)Lion King-3 : one of them is in not-chapter point. (below figure-1)
2)Robots : one of them is in not-chapter point.
3)Beauty and the Beast : all are in chapter point.
4)Star Wars-1 : all are in chapter point. There is overlap of cell adress.(below figure-2)
In here overlapping sector is 74355-75170. In VTS_PGCITI, last sector of V/C=2/1 is 75019, and entry point sector of V/C=2/2 is 75020. It think cell adress table is wrong.

Additional information:

I extracted the cell by PgcDemux from original.
Generally multi-angele cell is consist of many interleved cells in adress table, but it is lucky that the cell of V/C=2/1 is consist of only one interleaved cell.
This cell is 428 kB.
It is equal to "entry point sector - last sector" of VTS_PGCITI (214 sectors), not of cell adress table (372 sectors).
It seems cell adress table is wrong.

Yes, you are probably right. Anyway, I'm not sure the cells address table is really important. Most players simply ignore it.

I think so, too.
Because some commercial DVDs seem to have overlapping and wrong cell address table. But I've never heard the problem. It seems to be better to ignore.
