I've created a SVCD from my DV camera. I've started with premiere 6, exporting the Timeline, resizing to 480x576 and enabling cce plugin.
The settings I've used in CCE SP 2.62 are CBR 2580, Luminance 0-255.
The SVCD is good but in the fast scene the video is not very fluid. I've tried to change the parameter "quality priority" from 5 to 23 but the results are similar.
It seems that the codec give more priority to the picture quality (respect the frame rate). So when the camera move quickly the MPEG become not fluid.
What settings I've to use to avoid this problem ?
