Is there a Linux command line replacement for eac3to? I use eac3to to demux a Blu-Ray rip because it automatically strings together non-sequential m2ts files.

Have you tried using Wine?
Because there is no alternative available to eac3to on Linux.
However, TsMuxer is the closest option, and may work well for you. It works on both linux through wine and native binary.

Thanks Merlin. I currently use eac3to via wine, I was just wondering if there was a native Linux alternative. Can tsmuxer automatically string together non-sequential m2ts files? When I was setting up my procedure, that was the thing that only eac3to seemed able to do.
