webcam capture with x264

How do I capture video from my webcam encoded directly to x264, in Windows ?

the only way I can do it right now is with Adobe's Flash Media Encoder (Adobe uses Mainconcept, obviously).

I thought that MONOGRAM's x264 Encoder could be used via almost any webcam app, but that's not the case.

Any suggestions are sorely needed. I've tried a good dozen free/unfree webcome capture apps.
