I'm getting an error, used BD for a while just for testing and had no problems backing up so far, but I've downloaded V0.20.05 and when I hit backup I get an "error in attempt to extract audio/subs" "failed to retrieve audio, aborted" Not sure whats happen here, did update ffdshow. Its probably something very simple but I'm just missing it

any help much appreciated.

If you have any other codec packs installed, try uninstalling them. You only need ffdshow and Matroska Splitter for it to work. You should also have WMP 11, but that is for video. Also, try to reinstall AviSynth 2.57 or 2.58, it might have become corrupt. Can you open any of the .m2ts files directly with MPC?

OK tried re-installing AviSynth but everything was still the same, did some messing about and for so some reason its starting working again??? up to 56% so far. fingers crossed it will make 100%.

thanks for everyone's help on this by the way.

Cheers,

@punisher12: You noticed, that True Romance has fixed the problem (which had nothing to do with BD-Rebuilder) but despite that, you decided to offer a "solution" which you were told is not a good idea. It is not the right way to bug-track any software by going back and forth and playing with dates.
