Lossless Import/Export from Premiere Pro

I am wondering if Premiere allows the simple conversion of files, i.e., without touching the data at all.

For example, assuming I am:
Importing a YCbCr source clip into a project Applying no filters to it Exporting it to a different container Keeping “Recompress” unchecked
Does that mean that that when it is exported, the data will be passed through, or is there still some type of conversion taking place?

That should be possible. I always use my allcolors (http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=104846) filter to generate a clip with all Y'CbCr colors. Then i import/export it and check with a waveform or vectorscope if there's any degradation of the signal.
