And thus I am proud to announce x264 Revolution: a phenomenally fast modification of x264 that makes use of the new Curiously Unfair Lookup Tables technology (CULT) to produce an absurdly high quality and low bitrate file in record time! It's like regular x264, except taken up to 11.

OMG it's not a joke, the output file -is- created at lightning fast speed. Though there are some tradeoff (like psy-rdo disabled by default, wtf?), but the speed of the encoder is unbeatable (a little bug report, sometimes it bug and no output in the CLI is displayed).
