Hauppauge HD PVR Video crashes vdub

I'm trying to encode captured video from my Hauppauge HD PCR (.ts file with .h264 video) and it crashes vdub.
I'm using DGAVCDec 1.09, Vdub 1.81, Avisynth 2.57 and the latest ffdshow & coreavc.
I get the error below...

The stream is errored and libavcodec is crashing.

It is handled OK by DGAVCDecNV, so if you have an appropriate Nvidia graphics card, you can use that.

You can also use DSS() together with CoreAVC.

I used dss and it encoded ok, i just don't like having to manually sync the audio. Thx for lookin at the sample :)
