2 sets of subtitles appear on screen after encoding With AutoGK ?

Hi all

This is my 1st post on the site & would be grateful for any advice on a mystery relating to AutoGK after encoding

I was advised there to join this site as there were more expert users of this program who might be more knowledgeable about the issue.

Have you checked to see if the original source material contains permanent subtitles?

I've covered every angle was which I mentioned in the 'Video Help' post.
Rather than go through every detail again here I've included the web link to show
whats already been investigated & checked etc.

Welcome, tsam19-

I suggest that anyone trying to help read the Videohelp.com link to see what's been tried already. I ran out of ideas and suggested he try over here. I'm hoping that the fresh eyes of some of our more experienced AutoGK users will spot something that I missed. I especially hope that lenox sees this and can maybe suggest a reason for it happening and a fix.
