Trying to fix a corrupt WinDV capture due to power failure

Hi, I was capturing from a Canopus AVDC-110 using WinDV and our power failed. The file I was capturing to was almost 2GB in size when it failed. I really need to recover this footage if at all possible. VirtualDub can't recognize the file when I try to open it. Does anyone have any idea of how I can fix this? I will pay top dollar for a resolution to this problem.

Enosoft's avi repair tool is what you want.

Thanks. I ended up using a hex editor to copy the header from a working captured AVI and then was able to open it in VirtualDub.
