(MpcHC) Nothing in Video Frame menu works?

I'm using version 1.2.1005.0 and when I right click on the screen while playing a video files of many types nothing in the video frame menu works. This is a big bummer! The "touch window from outside" feature is amazing when it is working!
Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Well I've done some tinkering and it seems this problem only exists when set to standard evr. With evr custom presenter it works but certain mkv files of mine won't even start. Seems to work fine with vmr9 so I'm gonna stay with that for now.
