On Vista 32 bit with Nvidia 7950 GT graphics card, do I need the Reclock utility to get stutter/judder free video when using the fullscreen special EVR mode?
Do I need to set my monitor to have a vsync exactly at some multiple of the video? i.e. 47.952 hz for movies?
Or does MPC-HC handle all of this now?

Like James always says: if you don t bother the chipmunck effect on PAL-material, don t use ReClock.
I have a different opinion on this. I use ReClock for others reasons eg. Kernel Streaming in XP.

I have never seen any problems on Vista in EVR mode! So my answer is 'ReClock not required'!

I think it's only useful for correcting PAL video or sending your video to a TV/projector.

Depends if you find slight stuttering and jitter (which is inevitable if screen refresh rate is not a exact multiple of video frame rate) annoying. Reclock might help in such case.

The newly added WASAPI support also adds automatic channel-format selection based on your source (useful for connections to receivers that do their own upmixing, among other things). But yeah, when (if?) MPC-HC ever adds WASAPI support, Reclock will be pretty redundant for Vista / Windows 7 users.
